Selection Criteria For SBI Recruitment 2023

Shortlisting

The shortlisting committee will decide the number of candidates to be called for the interview. No final decisions will be made in this regard, and no correspondence will be entertained.

Interview

The interview process carries out 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview round will be decided by the bank. Once again, no correspondence will be entertained.

CTC Negotiation

Salary will be given as per the current CTC. Also, the CTC will be negotiable.

Merit List

The merit list will be prepared in descending order based on the scores obtained by the candidate in the interview. For instance, if two candidates score the same cut-off marks, then those candidates' ranks will be allotted based on their date of birth.
