NTA to begin the NEET 2023 registration soon and once they are completed, candidates would be able to fill out the exam form provided by NTA on their official website- nta.neet.nic.in

According to the official calendar issued by NTA, the NEET 2023 Exam will be held on May 7, 2023. Before starting the registration process, NTA will put the important information relating to the test on the website. 

According to the Eligibility criteria, candidates should have passed class 12 with physics, chemistry, biology, and English as mandatory subjects. The minimum age of the candidates should be 17 years as on December 31, 2023. The upper age limit for NEET has been removed which means anyone can apply for the exam. 

The upcoming notification by NTA will include the registration date, its deadline, correction window, fee details, eligibility criteria, paper pattern, other details of the exam, and general instructions to be followed. The eligibility criteria for studying in international universities are updated from time to time, but there are some basic rules that you should follow to be eligible for such courses. 

Candidates need to be cautious about the registration dates because if missed, they will not be allowed to appear in the exam. Soon after releasing the notification and completing the registration, NTA will release the admit card and city slip.

NEET Exam allows aspirants to get admission to top medical colleges in India. In addition to providing an opportunity for an applicant to apply for a seat at a desired institute of higher education, the examination also serves the purpose of creating awareness among students about their eligibility criteria so that they can plan their career goals more effectively. 

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Undergraduate is one of the most competitive exams in India, conducted in offline mode with a total of 200 multiple-choice questions. Candidates are required to attempt 180 questions only. They will be rewarded 4 marks for every correct answer while 1 mark as a negative marking will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

In simple words, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET (UG) is an All-India pre-medical entrance test for students who wish to pursue their career in medical (MBBS), dental (BDS), etc courses in private and government colleges/universities. It is designed to ensure that a large number of students from all corners of the country get adequate exposure and therefore have the potential to do well in the medical entrance examination conducted by various medical colleges across India. The purpose of this test is to filter out candidates who have an adequate understanding of science and has demonstrated problem-solving capabilities concerning medical subjects.

All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) was replaced by NEET and it also replaced many other pre-medical exams which were conducted by various medical colleges. In addition to colleges in India, NEET also provides admission for those intending to pursue a medical career abroad.
