Haryana Diploma Entrance Test(DET)

DET (HARYANA DIPLOMA ENTRANCE EXAM) is a state exam conducted by the HARYANA STATE TECHNICAL EDUCATION SOCIETY (HSTES). The authority conducts examination for entry in diploma colleges and courses. It is a joint exam the marks and rank of which decides colleges and diploma courses that can be opted then.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Diploma in Engineering. The candidate must be matriculated from any recognized board with securing 35% marks(33% for SC/ST & KASHMIRI IMMIGRANTS). Also, the candidate has cleared Maths and Science subjects

Diploma in Engineering (LE)with 12th(Vocational) and 12th (PCM) or 12^th NSQF Level & Passed Candidate

2 Years of IIT and Diploma Pharmacy with 12th or equivalent exam cleared in PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY< BIOLOGY/ MATHS. Candidates must have secured 35% marks scored

EXAM PATTERN

The exam will be conducted online.
The duration of the exam is 100 minutes.
There will be objective type of questions.
Paper will be in English.
There will be 100 questions.
No negative marking for wrong answers each question will be of 100 marks.

SYLLABUS

Questions will be based on 12 board examination.
It will have maths English science general awareness and aptitude.
