Would I get my performance card on the basis of the test I give in the coaching institute?

I am a serious aspirant and I want to update myself with the test reports after a deep analysis of my strong and weak topics. I want to ask if the coaching institutes provides me with the test reports with an analysis according to my responses? Would I also be able to check it through some software or the mobile application?

You may ask for the performance report in the coaching institute itself or login to the institute's app or website. Also, you may go to the teacher and ask them if you are performing right.
