Top Engineering Exams to Apply for: Read Below to Know More

Finding a good engineering college can be a tough decision. The main exam that the aspirants try to focus on is the Joint Engineering Entrance (JEE) exam. The exam witnesses rigorous competition among students which makes it difficult for many to clear the exam. But JEE is not the only option for getting into good colleges, many other entrance exams can get you admission to some reputed engineering colleges.

For students who are willing to know more about engineering entrances exams, below is the list of the latest engineering exams you can look for this academic year-

1. JEE Mains 2023

The most famous entrance exam among students is the JEE exam. JEE Mains 2023 will be held from January 24, 2023 (January Session) and the April session dates are yet to be declared. January session exam dates are 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31. The registrations for the same began on December 15, 2022, and will end on January 2023. Candidates can visit the official website to apply.

2. BITSAT 2023

The exam date for BITSAT 2023 is yet to be announced by BITS Pilani. BITS Pilani is one of the best institutes for engineering students with high-class technology and education. The admission form will soon be available for candidates who are willing to take the BITSAT 2023.

3. WBJEE 2023

The WBJEE 2023 is the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations 2023. Its registration started on December 23, 2022, and will end on January 20, 2023. The examination will be conducted on April 30, 2023. This test is an OMR-based entrance test. Candidates can get admission into engineering, medical and architecture courses offered by many colleges/institutions through WBJEE 2023 for 2023 to 2024 academic sessions.

4. VITEEE 2023

The VIT stands for Vellore Institute of Technology. This is an entrance exam for students seeking admission to BTech at VIT Vellore, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, and Bhopal. The admission process has started and eligible candidates can apply for the entrance test at the official website- viteee.vit.ac.in. The application process will conclude on March 31. The tentative dates for the exam are April 15 to 21.

5. SRMJEEE 2023

Admission for engineering courses at the SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRM IST) has begun for the academic year 2023. Candidates can visit the official website- srmist.edu.in. to fill out the registration form for the SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam (SRMJEE) 2023. The last date for the application is April 16, 2023, for the first phase. For the 2nd and 3rd phases, the last dates are June 5 and July 17 respectively.

6. GUJCET 2023

The GUJCET 2023 stands for Gujarat Common Entrance Test and registration for the same has begun on January 6, 2023. This test is governed by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Education Board. The application forms for the entrance test can be filled out by January 20, 2023, from the official website- gujcet.gseb.org. The date for the exam is yet to be announced.
