IIT JAM 2023: Admission begins on JOAPS Portal!

IIT JAM 2023 Admission: Applicants for JAM 2023 admissions must have scores that are greater than or equal to the cut-off scores for their particular category.

IIT JAM 2023 Admission: The Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM 2023) counseling procedure has begun at the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Guwahati. Candidates may apply for admission to JAM 2023 if their scores are greater than or equal to the cut-off scores for their particular category. The application form is accessible online at joaps.iitg.ac.in, the official JOAPS website.

Until April 25, 2023, eligible applicants may register for the IIT JAM 2023 Admission. On June 1, the Institute will publish the JAM 2023 first admissions list. The application fee must be submitted by June 7, 2023, to be included in the first admission list. Four rounds of IIT JAM counseling will take place.

750 rupees must be paid by applicants when registering. The candidate's name, category, date of birth, parent or guardian's name, mobile number, email address, photograph, and a signature will all be pre-filled into the JAM 2023 Application Form in the admissions portal.

Events Dates

Application for admission to JAM 2023 must be submitted on JOAPS between April 11 and April 25, 2023, with the IIT JAM 2023 first admission list on June 1, 2023
Last day to pay seat reservation fees online for the first admissions list- June 7
IIT JAM 2023 second admissions list to be released on June 15, 2023
June 21, 2023, is the deadline for making an online seat reservation for the second admissions list.
Opening and closing of the option to withdraw- June 15 to July 2, 2023
IIT JAM 2023 third admission list is valid from June 26, 2023
June 29, 2023, is the deadline for making an online seat reservation for the third admittance list.
IIT JAM 2023 fourth admissions list is to be released on July 7, 2023.
The deadline for making an online seat reservation payment for a third admission is July 10, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree or be in their final year of study to be eligible for admission to IITs through JAM 2023, and proof of graduation must be presented by September 1, 2023. Candidates for promotion without a mark sheet must provide a certificate with the Institute Head's signature that lists the subjects they have studied. Foreign nationals from India with degrees may also apply, according to the Admitting Institute Policy. Candidates who are accepted must present a physical fitness certification from a licensed medical professional, and a medical board may also ask them to take a physical fitness exam. Admission may be denied if the physical fitness requirements are not met.
