Recently, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has invited applications from interested and eligible candidates for the Consultant (Civil/Electrical/AC and R) post. AIIMS comes under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. A total of 05 vacant posts are available for the latest AIIMS recruitment 2023. The age limit for the candidates who wish to apply for the AIIMS recruitment 2023 is 35 years. In the notification released by AIIMS, the monthly remuneration that the candidates will be receiving is also mentioned which is pay matrix’s cell 1 as per the 7th CPC. The selection will be contract based for 11 months or till the time the next selections against these vacant posts are done, whichever is earlier.

All the applications, once received, will be scrutinized and candidates will be shortlisted on their experience and age, etc. A written test will decide the candidate’s selection. It is advised to the candidates to carefully read the eligibility criteria before filling out the form and then send the application form along with self-attested copies of required documents through speed post/registered post to the address mentioned in the notification. Moreover, candidates are supposed to register online through the link provided in the notification till March 16, 2023, before sending the hard copy of the application form. This recruitment is being conducted for AIIMS Raipur.

Vacant posts for AIIMS recruitment 2023:

In the notification released for the AIIMS recruitment 2023, candidates are invited for the Consultant post for the following categories -

1. Civil- 02

2. Electrical- 01

3. AC and R- 02

Qualification required-

1. For the post of Consultant (Civil), the candidate must be a graduate of Civil Engineering from a reputed University/ Institute having an experience of 5 years in designing and engineering civil projects.

2. For the post of Consultant (Electrical), the candidate must be a graduate in Electrical Engineering from a reputed University/ Institute having an experience of 5 years in designing and engineering civil projects.

3. For the post of Consultant (AC and R), the candidate must be a graduate in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering from a reputed University/ Institute having an experience of 5 years in designing and engineering civil projects.

*Experience is preferred in a hospital environment.

Selection procedure-

Firstly, the candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications experience, age, etc. The next step is the written test and the format of the test is given below-

The total number of questions in the written test- 60 (MCQs)

The total duration- is 60 minutes

Max. marks- 60

Minimum qualifying marks- 35%

Syllabus- Domain knowledge/related subjects

Also, a negative marking of 0.25 mark for every wrong answer.
