Rajasthan Public Service Commission(RAS) is the supreme civil service of the Indian state of Rajasthan. Rajasthan Public Service Commission(RPSC) has invited applications for various posts for state and subordinate services.

Eligibility

Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.

 Age Limit: The age of the candidate must be more than 21 years and less than 40 years. The age of the Non gazetted employee must not less than 25 years and must not more than 45 years.

 Educational Qualification: the candidate must be graduate from any recognized university or must hold an equivalent degree.

Selection Process

The selection process of RAS  comprises three stages. Every stage in the selection process will be eliminated in nature. The candidates need to qualify the each and every stage which would be held by the board. As said above there will be three stages.

 The preliminary examination will be objective in nature.

The main examination is written the examination.

Personality and viva voice examination will measure the knowledge of the candidate.

 The whole selection process will find the most eligible and intelligent candidate for the contribution in serving the Rajasthan state.

The candidates filled the application form from the official website. Examination Pattern

Here is the following information

Preliminary Examination

The Preliminary Examination will be of 03 hours. There will be only one paper in the preliminary examination. The maximum marks for the examination are 200. The examination is meant to serve as a screening test only. The Standard of the paper will be that of a Bachelor’s Degree Level.

Main Examination

The nature of the main examination is written type. The written examination will consist of the following four papers which will be descriptive/analytical. The standard of General Hindi and General English will be that of Sr. Secondary level. The duration of each paper will be 03 hours.

 Paper I: General Studies-I 200 marks

Paper II: General Studies-II 200 marks

Paper III: General Studies-III 200 marks

Paper IV: General Hindi and General English 200 marks

Personality and Viva Voice Examination

After clearing both examination the candidates need to give the Personality and Viva Voice examination. The personality test will carry 100 marks The candidates need to perform well in the personality test the marks in the test will be award3d as per the knowledge of the candidate.
