Test of English as a foreign Language (TOEFL 2017) is conducted to test a person’s English proficiency. Administrated by ETS (Educational Testing Service), TOEFL’s score is accepted by 9000 universities abroad across 130 countries.

ELIGIBILITY FOR TOEFL 2017
There is no specific eligibility for TOEFL 2017, any student who has passed the high school can give it, basically its for to work or study in foreign university or for the universities which have English language as the mother tongue.
Registration for TOEFL 2017
There are 4 ways to register for TOEFL 2017 as follows:-

Firstly you have to select the city in which you want to sit to give your exam. The availability of the dates depends on the availability of the test centre.
Registration can be done on Toefl official website for ibt prior to at least 7 days before the commencement of the test.
Cancellation process
The test cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. The only thing that can be done if you don’t want to give test is a partial refund that is made to your bank account not by cash.
